Raphaëlle de Groot at the Venice Biennale

The Galerie de l'UQAM and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) are pleased to announce that Quebec artist Raphaëlle de Groot will be presenting her work at the 2013 edition of the Venice Biennale, one of the most prestigious contemporary art biennials. On the initiative of Louise Déry, director of the Galerie de l'UQAM, who developed the concept in 2011, and with financial support from CALQ, the artist will present an original performance at the opening of the Biennale in May.
